Relaxation
If your desire is not for deep pressure, but to get lost in the flow, this treatment is for you. Beautiful flowing massage movements, essential oils, absolute stillness and peace. From a place of no resistance, our mind, body and soul are able to do some of their greatest healing. This is the time for you to return to your natural state of calm.
Lymphatic Massage
Ignite your immune system and flush out toxins by stimulating your lymphatic system and exfoliating the skin. In this beautiful, gentle treatment we use a body brush or loofah, essential oils and hot towels to stimulate your lymphatics, finishing with a deeply relaxing massage.
Pregnancy
With your centre of gravity changing rapidly, there has never been a more perfect time to engage with the hands of an experienced therapist, to help your body adjust to its new shape and size. Whether it be puffy feet or lower back pain, no problem. We can spend most of our time there with you if you need us to.
