If you are unwell, we aim to find out why How did you end up here? What dietary or lifestyle changes need to occur to remedy your situation and prevent the disease or condition from recurring?

One size doesn't fit all

Sometimes we find ourselves supporting you to live with the disease or condition. We don’t have a “one size fits all policy” just as you don’t have a “one size fits all” history or genetic make-up.

Treating your concerns

We can tell you that we leave no unturned stones when it comes to treating your presenting concerns. We also have no problem referring you on if we think another modality of treatment better suits your presenting conditions. Having worked with many health practitioners in Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth for the last 20 years, we know the right place for you to go find the answers you are looking for.

Locally in Adamstown or all over the world

We offer consultations in our clinic in Adamstown or alternatively we offer Skype/ Messenger consultations with patients from all around the world.

Keeping things simple is what we do best. We use the best that nature has to offer in the form of herbal remedies and nutritional remedies, often only using food as our medicine.
