Making health changes without consulting a medical practitioner can be risky. Kylie and her contractors aim to offer maximum support but cannot respond to enquiries outside of appointments regarding treatment plans, testing results, symptoms, or lifestyle changes. This is to ensure proper duty of care and appropriate follow-up discussions.

Personalised prescriptions provided after an appointment with Kylie Armstrong or contractors are strictly for your use and should not be shared. Sharing may pose health and safety risks to others due to differing health circumstances.

Tonic Natural Health’s naturopathic services are tailored for those interested in enhancing their health and willing to make lifestyle and diet changes. The approach is gradual, and clients can progress at their own pace. Shipping

Shipping We offer Australian shipping services through Australia Post  and our individual suppliers choice of delivery servise

Our goal is to process orders within 2 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to constant changes in weather and unforeseeable delivery challenges.

  • Express shipping: $16.50 or FREE for orders above $250

Returns

  1. Change of mind returns understanding the challenges of online shopping, we acknowledge that choosing the right product can be tricky. However, in compliance with health regulations, we are unable to accept returns for nutritional supplements solely due to a change of mind. It’s crucial to make careful selections and ensure that the chosen product aligns with the guidance from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
  2. Other returns In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Tonic Natural Health, will facilitate product returns and offer an exchange or refund (as applicable) when:
