Tonic Natural Health Centre is committed to your wellbeing. We are here to support you and your family through every stage of life. From pre-conception and pregnancy, through to childhood, adolescence and adult life, we offer the best natural holistic approach to the health of your family.
We believe in empowering our clients. Our aim is to enlighten you and help you work proactively to ensure that you live your life to its optimum. If you are unwell, we aim to find out why and how did you end up here? What dietary or lifestyle changes need to occur to remedy your situation and prevent the disease or condition from recurring? Sometimes we find ourselves supporting you to live with the disease or condition. We don’t have a “one size fits all policy” just as you don’t have a “one size fits all” history or genetic make-up.
We can tell you that we leave no unturned stones when it comes to treating your presenting concerns. We also have no problem referring you on if we think another modality of treatment better suits your presenting conditions. Having worked with many health practitioners in Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth for the last 20 years, we know the right place for you to go find the answers you are looking for.
We offer consultations in our clinic in Adamstown or alternatively, we offer Skype/ Messenger consultations with patients from all around the world.
Keeping things simple is what we do best. We use the best that nature has to offer in the form of herbal remedies and nutritional remedies, often only using food as our medicine.

Includes dedicated and experienced Naturopaths, and support staff, who are always ready to assist you. Whether it’s answering calls, organising refills of supplements/herbal medicines, ordering your blood tests/ functional medicine tests or handling your general administrative queries, they are here to help.
Whilst our team is delighted to assist you with scheduling appointments and processing orders, we recognise that many of our clients prefer the convenience of handling these tasks outside of traditional hours. For your ease, we encourage you to utilise our Online Shop for ordering supplies and our Online Booking System to schedule appointments at a time that suits you best.
Kate
Kate is a very experienced Naturopath, who is registered with the Australian Traditional Medical Society, which mirrors the level of educational and professional standards of Australia’s registered medical practitioners. Registration is an assurance that your practitioner holds the highest educational qualifications and has agreed to abide by an ethical code of conduct and a clear disciplinary process.
Kylie
Kylie is a university trained Medical Herbalist completing a Bachelor in Health Science. She is an experienced and respected clinician and has been working in the natural health industry since 1993. Kylie provides support and advice in a caring environment, together with education and guidance in order to achieve the best health possible for you and your family.
